In an online conversation hosted by the Financial Times, Musk said he never said Tesla Autopilot didn’t require the driver’s attention, a point he repeatedly stressed.

Musk said,Those who are saved by autonomous driving will not know that their lives were saved. Suppose you save 90% of the people and the remaining 10% will still sue you.

Previously,According to Tesla, the accident rate of human drivers is 8 times higher than that of autonomous driving. The safety controversy about Tesla has always been constant, whether it is spontaneous combustion, automatic driving, braking… As long as there is an accident, it will be the focus of people’s attention.

Tesla has said,In order to attract attention, the media usually only reports on the fire of the tram, and never mentions the spontaneous combustion accident of the traditional fuel vehicle. Musk has repeatedly complained about the “double standard” of public opinion on Tesla on social platforms.

At present, Tesla’s Shanghai factory is gradually resuming production. It is understood that the Shanghai factory is Tesla’s third super factory and Tesla’s first super factory outside the United States. It mainly produces Model 3 sedans and Model Y SUVs. It has now become Tesla’s export center. Cars are exported from Europe and the rest of Asia.
