The test work has been completed and will be the first to be used on the new Nezha S. Safety of battery structure: “Tiangong Battery” realizes the three-level protection of cells, modules, and the whole package, and can provide 1000 ℃ heat insulation between cells, 800V electrical insulation of modules, and IP68-level waterproofing of the whole package. It can effectively control safety issues such as thermal diffusion and insulation damage, and can provide a system energy density of 185Wh/kg. Thermal management system: “Tiangong Battery” applies the HOZONEPT4.0 constant temperature thermal management system developed by Nezha Auto.
