The global trading platform AliExpress (owned by the Chinese public company Alibaba Group) has begun sending messages to Ukrainian customers about the cancellation of orders, according to a number of online communities of Ukrainian craftsmen.
The site’s messages indicate that orders are closed, the reasons for this decision are not explained.
The issue of a refund for the order is in the status of “pending”.
There are currently no official comments from AliExpress on the situation.
