WoW Patch 9.2.5 for Shadowlands on June 1, 2022 also has some buffs for outlaw villains in its luggage. In general, however, the lawless members of the guild sneaking into the shadows also get a small nerf – in PvP, mind you.

In the ranks of the WoW classes, which receive a small to medium damage buff in certain situations with patch 9.2.5, the outlaw villain also enters. Because the developers of World of Warcraft assume that the outlaws are a little too weak on the chest in single-target situations and in area damage moments with five to six targets. That’s why there’s a buff. But beware: Outlaws are also becoming a little less tough in PvP thanks to a small change. Below you will find the details.

Outlaw villains with PvE buff and PvP nerf

Here you have the details that the developers of the MMORPG released the weekend before the release of WoW Patch 9.2.5:

lawlessness

  • Between the Eyes damage increased by 20 percent. This change does not apply to PvP.
  • Pistol Shot damage increased by 20 percent. This change does not apply to PvP.
  • Sinister Strike damage increased by 20 percent. This change does not apply to PvP.
  • Blade Flurry damage increased to 60 percent of single target damage (up from 50 percent). This change does not apply to PvP.
  • Enduring Brawler (PvP Talent) stacks up to 15 times (was 20).

Developer Notes: With these changes, we’re aiming to improve outlaws in both single target and 5-6 target cleave situations, where Blade Flurry should shine. Outlaws don’t stand out enough in these moments, and we hope these changes point us in the right direction. However, in PvP, Enduring Brawler and Recuperator increased Outlaw’s survivability more than intended, so we decided to lower the maximum stack count.
