A small number of Apple Watch Series 6 models manufactured between April and September 2021 have had a problem where the screen on the watches is permanently turned off, now Apple announces that an exchange program where users can replace their broken watches for free is here.
According to Apple, only the problem affects the 40mm model. To see if your watch is affected, you can check this on Apple’s exchange program page. To find your watch’s serial number, go to Settings on the Apple Watch then General> About and scroll down the Serial Number.
