IT House May 29 news, the PowerBook G4 is Apple’s last laptop before the launch of the MacBook and the transition from PowerPC chips to Intel chips.

Released in 2003, the computer was loved by many, and the Computer Clan YouTube channel showcased a rare 17-inch PowerBook G4 prototype.

It can be seen that this PowerBook is equipped with a red motherboard. Since it is a prototype, the shell is made of unadorned aluminum alloy, which is different from the production version.

The prototype runs Mac OS X Tiger version 10.4.11 and is equipped with a 1 GHz PowerPC G4 processor and 512 MB of DDR SDRAM memory.

For domestic netizens, the biggest impression of the computer should be Yao Ming’s advertisement comparing the 12-inch and 17-inch versions of the PowerBook G4.
