IT House learned that the Tacoma main control chip uses a 4-channel PCIe 5.0 interface with 16/18 NAND channels. While supporting the latest technology protocols such as NVMe 2.0, DDR5 and ONFI 5.0,10-core CPU parallel command processing to take advantage of PCIe Gen5 and DDR5 bandwidth.

In terms of parameters, the performance of Tacoma IG5669 will be greatly improved.Its sequential read and write speeds can be as high as 14GB/s and 11GB/s, respectively. In addition, Tacoma IG5669 supports SLC / MLC / TLC / QLC NAND and MRAM, XL-FLASH and other Storage Class Memory (SCM), and has a variety of advanced functions, including intelligent cache, multi-level power management, multi-namespace, SR- IOV, overheating and frequency reduction protection, various peripheral interfaces (such as I3C), etc.
