A Clifton man was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexually assaulting two children at a home in Passaic, authorities said. Pedro Perez-Guadalupe, 42, is charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, one count of second-degree sexual assault, first-degree kidnaping, endangering a child, and hindering apprehension, according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
