IT House May 28 news, according to the Wall Street Journal, as part of the management adjustment, the US electric truck startup A senior manufacturing executive at Rivian is leaving.The companyis trying to expand production of the first three models.
A Rivian spokesperson said that over the past two years,Former Tesla exec Charly Mwangi has been head of Rivian manufacturing engineeringwhich has now decided to leave the company.
According to reports, Mwangi oversees robotics and other vehicle manufacturing equipment at Rivian’s Normer, Illinois, plant.
IT Home understands that the spokesperson said,Tim Fallon, Rivian’s vice president of manufacturing, will take over the role. Shares of Rivian have fallen about 70% this year.
