Court confirmed the legality of the FAS fine against Apple. The Cupertino company must pay 906 million rubles for abusing its dominant position in the market.
The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed Apple’s claim to appeal against the decisions and instructions of the department, as well as the decision to impose a fine.
Recall that in August 2020, the FAS completed consideration of the antitrust case against the company, initiated as a result of consideration of the application of Kaspersky Lab, and on April 26, 2021, imposed a turnover fine on Apple in the amount of 906 million rubles for violating antitrust laws.
