Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff went No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft 2016. He led the Rams to a Super Bowl appearance, but was later traded to Detroit for Matthew Stafford, who proceeded to win a Super Bowl in his first season in Los Angeles. Life is still pretty good for Goff in Detroit, though.
