The developers of the popular online role-playing game World of Warcraft revealed in the run-up to WoW Patch 9.2.5 what is going on in game systems – but they are only now revealing that there will also be some adjustments to the class balance. Rejoice if you’re a Beast Mastery hunter, because you’ll be doing a little more AoE damage in the future!
With WoW Patch 9.2.5, the creators of the online role-playing game World of Warcraft will make a few adjustments to the class balance. have these details in the preliminary patch notes for 9.2.5 not yet been mentioned and were only made known a few days before the release of the update. We have already mentioned one detail: The WoW tank specs are said to have more threat with 9.2.5 generate, because apparently there were problems at the point in Season 3 of Shadowlands.
One more detail is covered here and this is of interest to hunters and Beastmastery hunters in particular: You do a little more area damage in WoW Patch 9.2.5, because you don’t benefit from the 4-set bonus of the current tier set quite as much as your Waidmann colleagues. Below is the statement from the developers of World of Warcraft (buy now ).
Beast Mastery Hunters are allowed to do more AoE!
The following line can be found in the preview of the Blizzard devs on the Balance changes with WoW Patch 9.2.5:
Hunter
- beast mastery
- All damage abilities and pet damage increased by 4 percent.
- Predator Strikes now causes your pet to hit other targets for 100 percent of its damage (up from 90 percent).
Developer Notes: “The Hunter’s Beast Mastery spec wasn’t getting as much area damage benefit from its set bonus as other specs, and as a result fell behind. We’re increasing the damage of their pets and the damage transfer of Predatory Slashes to improve their overall performance.”
Do you think the changes are good? Did you feel like you were falling behind as a Beast Mastery hunter, or did you prefer survivability or marksmanship in instances and raids anyway? Do you even have the 4-set bonus of the tier set, or don’t you really care about the clothes?
