With the arrival of the WWDC developer conference, more details about iOS/iPadOS 16 have been exposed, and from the current situation, the new system will be strengthened in multitasking.
The latest revelations say that the upcoming iPadOS 16 will further enhance the iPad’s multitasking capabilities, including allowing users to resize windows.
The feature, which Apple mined in the open-source WebKit infrastructure code on the Github platform, is expected to be announced at next month’s WWDC 2022 conference.
The code seems to imply that the user has complete freedom to resize the window on iPadOS. Since Apple migrated the iPad to its own operating system, many people have been looking for this feature.
A separate Github update from Apple engineers also seems to prove the addition of iPad multitasking mode. For the specific actual performance, some developers said they believe it can work like Windows 10’s “tablet mode” and can be switched at any time.
