The brand realme is still launching a new Android tablet, hoping to take advantage of the renewed interest in this segment during the pandemic. After the RealmePad and the recent Realme Pad Mini, here comes the Realme Pad X.
Equipped with a display 11 inch LCD in 2K resolutionwith DC Dimming, HDR support and a maximum brightness of 450 nits, it has the advantage of being able to support a stylus (optional) offering 4096 pressure levels and 240 Hz tactile sampling.
Measuring only 7.1 mm thick, it retains the design with straight edges reminiscent of the latest iPads and offers an on-board SoC Snapdragon 695 with 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, expandable by memory card.
Stylus and dock/keyboard
At the back, a sensor 13 megapixels is present while videoconferencing can go through the 8-megapixel front photo module. The sound part is provided by four speakers with Dolby Atmos sound.
The battery of 8340mAh enjoy fast charging 33W and will provide 19 hours of battery life in video playback. The tablet runs on Android 12 with the Realme UI 3.0 overlay.
It is announced in China in two configurations:
- Realme Pad X 4 / 64 GB: 1299 yuan (around €179)
- Realme Pad X 6 / 128 GB: 1599 yuan (221 € approximately)
The tablet has several optional accessories: stylus, dock / keyboard and case.
