A third man sought for his role in a fatal shooting over money in North Plainfield in March was arrested last week in North Carolina, authorities said. Jose Branch, 23, was taken into custody April 13 by Raleigh police and the U.S. Marshals Service, the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office said Tuesday. Branch, of Plainfield, was extradited to New Jersey last week and is being held at the county jail in Somerville.
