Google has added a new feature to the cloud-based text editor Google Docs (aka Google Docs). This innovation simplifies the work with texts.

From now on, in Google Docs, you can format several text fragments at once. You can select multiple subheadings or paragraphs and apply general formatting to them, such as changing the font or size, making the text italic, underlined or bold, adding a fill, removing it, moving it, attaching a comment, and so on. Previously, it was necessary to do this with each piece of text separately, which takes much more time and complicates the work.

To select a text fragment, you need to press the Command button on macOS or Ctrl on Windows and click on this fragment, after which it will be selected. This innovation will appear to users of the web version of Google Docs within the next two weeks.
