Last December, the Motorola Edge X30 premiered, becoming the first smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. In February, this model reached the global market under the name Motorola Edge 30 Pro, and today the company introduced its younger version Motorola Edge 30. Simplifications touched the hardware platform, front camera, battery and charging power.

The Motorola Edge 30 is a mid-range hero powered by the Snapdragon 778G processor. It has 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of permanent memory, a 4020 mAh battery with 33 W TurboPower fast charging, stereo speakers, IP52 splash protection and a 32-megapixel front module.

Motorola Edge 30 weighs only 155 grams and a three-component rear camera is installed on this back side. The main module is a 50 MP module with f / 1.8 aperture and an optical stub, and it is complemented by a width with a similar resolution and a 2 MP depth sensor. The device is managed by the Android 12 operating system with minor adjustments from Moto.
