After the initial hype, it had recently become rather quiet about the Pokémon competitor, but now the MMO is back. The makers have now announced the release date for the final version 1.0.
Humble Games and Crema have coped well with Pokémon competitor Temtem’s Early Access and want to build on the success so far with the full version. This is now nearing completion, so that a release date could be confirmed today.
Temtem will be available in version 1.0 on September 6, 2022; the date applies equally to the release on PC and consoles. When the time comes, you will of course be able to look forward to a number of innovations compared to the less extensive Early Access version. The new features will include seasons, but also weekly quests and of course the final island Archipelago are on board.
The game is based on the great example of Pokémon and allows you to collect all kinds of creatures in an MMO format and add them to your squad on the Airborne archipelago. You can catch any Temtem, fight other tamers and customize your house. Incidentally, you can embark on an adventure with friends or simply explore the online world.
Features also include a story campaign that takes you across six islands to train as a Temtem tamer and battle the evil Clan Belsoto. Since this is an MMO, you will inevitably encounter other players as you progress through the game.
After the launch of version 1.0 there will be seasonal updates and a Battle Pass; The latter is available in a free version as well as a premium version.
