An employee in charge of QA testing at Naughty Dog Studios updated his LinkedIn profile to reveal an “unannounced remake”: the Korean-born employee, in addition to local Korean for “The Last of Us Part 2” In addition to providing polishing services, he also participated in the QA testing of the multiplayer part of the game; as well as the quality testing of “Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves” and “A Remake”. Last year, a senior uncle wrote an article saying that “The Last Survivor”, which was first released on the PS3 platform in 2013, will return to the PS5 platform as a remake. At first, in order to save labor costs, the project was going to be thrown to the PlayStation VASG department to use experimental machine algorithms to complete the next-generation beauty, but the new boss of Sony Global Studios (Hermen Hulst, from the coal mine belt) is not interested in the effect of the remake. Satisfied, the project finally returned to Naughty Dog, and VASG was reduced from the main force to a supporting role. There are rumors that the remake of “The Last of Us” has been basically completed and is expected to be released in the second half of this year. Naughty Dog President Neil Druckmann was at CES in January this year.
