Western Kentucky’s Bailey Zappe had the highest known score of 35. In his final season at the school, Zappe finished with 5,967 passing yards and 62 touchdowns. Second on the list is North Carolina’s Sam Howell, who finished with a score of 34. Howell is projected to go in the second or third round of the draft but could slide into the first if a team likes him enough.
