Detectives are investigating the death of a 75-year-old woman found early Tuesday in her home in Newark, authorities said. Newark police officers conducting a wellness check found the woman shortly after midnight in her home on Green Street, according to Public Safety Director Brian O’Hara. “Police entered the residence through a window and found the victim, who was pronounced deceased,” O’Hara said.
