FORT WORTH, Texas — More than a dozen students and a teacher are dead after a mass shooting at a Texas elementary school. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Tuesday said 14 students and a teacher were killed at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, a city west of San Antonio.
