Also in V Rising, developer Stunlock Studios has a feature for fast travel built-in. For this you need the so-called Vampire Waygatea special structure that instantly teleports you across the map.

But it’s not quite that simple. Like fast travel in V Rising works, show you our Guide.

How does fast travel work in V Rising?

Fast travel in V Rising works via a Vampire Waygate. You can interact with such a structure anywhere in the world in order to be teleported to another waygate in the game world.

But there is one major limitation: using a waygate is not possible if you are carrying raw materials or items that do not count as equipment or consumables. So you have to remove wood, stones, leather and similar things from your inventory before you can use the Waygate fast travel.

Fast travel takes you quickly through the game world of V Rising.

How to build a Vampire Waygate in V Rising?

In most regions of Vardoran in V Rising, you’ll find three, maybe four, Vampire Waygates. However, you have the option to build your own Vampire Waygates at a certain point in the game.

A prerequisite for this is that you have the level 34 boss Polora the Feywalker defeated. You will find them in Gleaming Meadows in the extreme west of the Farbane Woodsjust below the Silverlight Hills. Defeating them gives you the opportunity to build Waygates.

To build a Vampire Waygate you need the following raw materials:

  • 200x Blood Essence
  • 20x planks
  • 20x copper ingots
  • 10x Gem Dust

A Vampire Waygate you create works in the same way as an existing one. You can travel to all other Waygates in V Rising. However, your personal Waygate can only be used by yourself and not by other players.
