In the morning news on May 25, Beijing time, it was reported that,Apple is expanding its Cork office campus in Irelandadding an office building,1300 new employees can be placed. The Cork campus is home to Apple’s European headquarters.
Apple has been in Cork for more than 40 years, and the local office park is already huge. According to the plan, Apple is preparing to build a new four-story building with a basement.Completion by mid-2025.
The building uses 100% renewable energy, and the new building is covered with solar panels, even the corridors between buildings. The building contains a Commute Hub for bicycles and scooters, complete with charging points.
Apple currently employs 6,000 people in Corkthey are scattered in the office park and the city center.
