Japan and Russia have inked a deal on Tokyo’s fishing quota for salmon and trout spawned in Russian rivers, Japan’s Fisheries Agency said Monday, in an agreement that comes despite Japan’s economic sanctions against Moscow over its invasion of Ukraine.
