Little Nightmare developer Tarsier Studios has released a short teaser clip for its as yet unannounced new IP.

With the two horror platformers Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares 2, the Swedish development studio Tarsier Studios managed to make a name for itself and build up a considerable fan base.

Since its acquisition by Embracer Group, it’s clear that the studio will not develop another Little Nightmare spin-off as Bandai Namco still retains the rights to the brand.

Tarsier, who were already confirmed in 2021, are working on a new IP, which is now accompanied by a short teaser clip with the message “We’ve been busy”. Twitter has been published.

This one shows some kind of derelict shed followed by a lonely car on a street. At the end of the six-second clip, a multi-limbed monster can be seen atop the building for a brief moment. The clip’s style and musical accompaniment once again suggest a horror game.

An announcement of the hitherto unnamed title could possibly soon follow at one of the numerous showcases in June (including Summer Game Fest, PC Gaming Show, Future Games Show and the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase).
