Almost nine months after the release of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, Google Assistant is now available for the watches. When Wear OS was released during Google IO last year, the new Google apps that would be available on the platform were one of the big news and when Samsung released its new watches, there was a lot of talk about the features such as Google Assistant, Google Maps and Google other apps. However, it is only now, after Google itself made its Pixel Watch official that Assistant will be released and then in this step Svewrige will be without. The wizard is now released for users in the US, Canada, UK, Austria, France, Iceland, Ireland, Japan and South Korea. There, users can download Google Assistant from the watch via Google’s app store Google Play today. However, a test shows that we Swedes do not have the same luck. Google or Samsung have not justified why more countries have not had access to the function already today and there is no indication when we Swedes can get access to the assistant in Galaxy Watch.
