He, along with reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and former MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo are vying for the award. Embiid is hoping to cement his status as the league’s best player with a stellar post-season run. Later this afternoon, he and the 76ers will face off against the Toronto Raptors.
