Two weeks after three men were charged in the kidnapping of a Bergen County resident, a fourth man now faces federal charges in the case as well, authorities said. Gabriel Anthony, 34, of Queens, N.Y., was charged Friday with conspiring to commit kidnapping. He was detained after a hearing the same day in Newark federal court, according to New Jersey U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger.
