By Alex Lang New York (Knewz) — U.S. officials have set mid-June meetings to discuss COVID vaccines for toddlers — a move that could pave the way for shots in months. The Food and Drug Administration announced meetings on June 14 and 15 to discuss requests for emergency use authorizations by Modern and Pfizer. The two most notable requests are for vaccines for those six months to 5 years old. Those are the only age groups that don’t have an approved vaccine.
