Export growth of software business continued to slow down.From January to April, the software business exported 16 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 3.6%, the growth rate fell 0.7 percentage points from the first quarter. Among them, the export of outsourcing services increased by 20.0% year-on-year; the export of embedded system software decreased by 13.3% year-on-year.

Software product revenue growth accelerated. From January to April, the revenue of software products was 709.4 billion yuan,A year-on-year increase of 10.5%, the growth rate increased by 0.7 percentage points over the first quarter, accounting for 25.6% of the industry’s revenue. Among them, the income of industrial software products was 69.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.2%.
The growth rate of information technology service revenue was steady with some declines. From January to April, the revenue of information technology services was 1,799.9 billion yuan,A year-on-year increase of 12.3%, the growth rate fell 1.4 percentage points from the first quarter, accounting for 64.9% of the industry’s revenue. Among them, cloud computing and big data services achieved a total revenue of 287.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.0%, accounting for 16.0% of the information technology service revenue; integrated circuit design revenue was 79.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.3%; e-commerce platform technology service revenue 251.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.8%; industrial Internet platform service revenue increased by 19.4% year-on-year.
Revenue from information security products and services grew rapidly. From January to April, the revenue of information security products and services was 44.2 billion yuan,A year-on-year increase of 12.4%the growth rate fell 0.5 percentage points from the first quarter.

The revenue growth of software business in the eastern region stabilized, and the growth trend in the western region was outstanding.

From January to April, among the top 5 provinces in terms of software business revenue, the software revenue of Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shandong was 603.1 billion yuan, 537.1 billion yuan, 382.3 billion yuan, 228.5 billion yuan and 228.5 billion yuan respectively. 210.2 billion yuan, an increase of 12.6%, 8.2%, 8.5%, 3.3% and 17.5%, respectively. From January to April, the 15 sub-provincial central cities across the country achieved a software business revenue of 1,438.7 billion yuan.A year-on-year increase of 8.3%, the growth rate was the same as that in the first quarter, accounting for 51.9% of the national software business revenue, an increase of 0.1 percentage points compared with the first quarter. The total profit realized was 146.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.0%, a decrease of 3.9 percentage points from the first quarter. Among them, the growth rate of business revenue in 8 cities including Ningbo, Jinan, Qingdao, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Dalian and Chengdu exceeded the overall growth rate of the entire industry.
