Motorola CEO Chen Jin shared a poster on Weibo that reveals the chipset name of the upcoming Motorola Razr 3 clamshell smartphone.

The poster shows the silhouette of a foldable phone and the logo of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset unveiled last week. The image confirms rumors that the Razr 3 will be powered by Qualcomm’s new top-end processor.

Motorola Razr 3 is rumored to get rid of the large bezels and get a design more similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. Previously, insiders said that the manufacturer will also increase the internal and external screens from 6.2 to 6.7 inches and from 2.7 to 3 inches respectively.

Motorola is expected to introduce a new foldable phone in late July or early August.
