Whether applying for funding, presenting to investors, press appointment or contract negotiations with publishers: At some point, every startup and every founder faces the challenge of making a ‘pitch’ as smooth as possible – especially since the future of entire companies and Games projects decides.
And because that’s so important, it’s best to get tips from well-versed experts. The Gamecity Hamburg location initiative has recruited a whole range of experienced professionals for the ‘Pitch Level Up’ format, who will give valuable tips and individual feedback on May 3, 2022 in the ‘Hamburger Ding’ on the Reeperbahn. The date will be flanked by lectures on the search for a publisher and drafting of contracts.
Gamecity Hamburg Director Dennis Schoubye: “Teams often lack honest feedback on their pitch. The pitch level up creates a ‘safe space’ for constructive advice on how to present one’s own project to partners convincingly and with the necessary information. The pitches can be tested in front of experts – without having to worry about missing out on future opportunities.”
