Square Enix and the developers at Platinum Games have announced the second season of Babylon’s Fall, dubbed The Light of Aaru. This starts at the end of the month and brings various new contents with it.

After the playfully and technically disappointing launch, the multiplayer title “Babylon’s Fall” developed by Platinum Games has made a name for itself in recent weeks, above all with its low or declining number of players.

Despite everything, the developers at Platinum Games still believe in their new project and recently assured the community once again of long-term support. With “The Light of Aaru” the second season of “Babylon’s Fall” has now been announced, which will be launched on May 31, 2022 on both PC and PlayStation systems. One of the special features of the second season is the fact that it will extend over a period of almost half a year.

Players will have until November 29, 2022 to play The Light of Aaru and earn the new content and rewards.

80 new quests and more promised

According to official information, the content that finds its way into “Babylon’s Fall” with “The Light of Aaru” includes more than 80 new quests with skirmishes, sieges and duels. Adding a new weapon type in the form of pistols and a new solar element will expand the range of combat options available to you.
