Innocent chat goes awry A conscript in Nakhon Ratchasima has been nabbed for a cold-blooded killing of a customer outside a hairdresser’s shop. Chokchai police arrested Pvt Saharak Kortrawut, 22, after he shot Anuwat Kuanhat, 35, in the face on May 14.
