As publisher and developer Konami announces, there will be extensive maintenance work on the game before the start of Season 2 in eFootball 2022.
As part of this, the football game will be offline for four days before continuing with Update 1.1.0 and Season 2.
How long will eFootball 2022 be offline?
Maintenance will begin on May 30, 2022 and will last until June 2, 2022.
During this time, you will not be able to do any online activities in eFootball 2022. Trial matches with some leagues and clubs are still possible in the meantime. There are also two new options available to you: A new “Beginner” level of difficulty and a match duration of ten minutes.
More news about eFootball 2022:
“The events and campaigns of Season 1 have come to an end, today the pre-season for Season 2 begins,” announced Konami. “The update to version 1.1.0 includes improvements to win/loss decisions in online matches, server capacity expansions and preparations for future initiatives such as data sharing between console and mobile.”
However, Season 2 in eFootball 2022 will not start immediately after the end of the maintenance work, but only on June 16, 2022, accompanied by several in-game events. Details of these are not yet available, but will be announced shortly.
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the long maintenance and thank you for your patience,” says Konami.
