The new PlayStation Plus promises to change a lot of things for subscribers, especially with its third tier, the highest new offer, which will give access to a fairly massive library of games from all generations of PlayStation. We already know that we will find cult titles from the PS1 and PS2 there, and on this subject, it may well be that the license Siphon Filter take the opportunity to make his return.
The license returns thanks to PS Plus?
At least that’s what it says Gematsu, after spotting some of the episodes in South Korea’s game rating body. On a new listing, we can see that Siphon Filter, Siphon Filter 2, Siphon Filter: Dark Mirror and Siphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow have been listed on both PS4 and PS5while these titles were only released on PS1 and PSP.
If the most optimistic see there a sign of a compilation acting as a remaster, it is indeed more likely that these titles have been re-recorded to appear in the premium library offered in PlayStation Plus.
Remember that apart from these classifications, nothing else is official at the moment, and we will probably know more about the service next month, given that this PS Plus should be launched in June.
