The end of the tunnel is near for Roller Champions. First presented by Ubisoft at E3 2019, the studio’s free-to-play multiplayer has just been awarded Gold status. Its development is now complete and all eyes are now on a release date.
A little something is missing
This is indeed one of the essential data that we still lack today, while the Gold status has often been intended to confirm it. For Roller Champions things are a little different since nothing has been announced in this regard. The developer, however, was reassuring in a post published on Twitter and promises to give us new information very soon.
Greetings, Champions!
Today we are thrilled to announce we have #GoneGold !
Keep your eyes open as we will be sharing more on our launch date soon. pic.twitter.com/O1xhUugIqQ— Roller Champions (@RollerChampions) April 20, 2022
A Ubisoft Forward approaching?
In reality, Ubisoft could activate in the coming weeks, with why not holding an event dedicated to its new production. A decision that would even seem most logical since the studio had guaranteed us a release for the spring of this year.
On which platforms? Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 Nintendo Switch, PC? All scenarios are possible, but one thing is certain, the wait is coming to an end.
