Almost seven years after the first publication of the last part, the Shadowrun Trilogy find their way onto the current consoles in the summer of 2022.
Those of Harebrained Schemes led by Shadowrun inventors Jordan Weissman According to publisher Paradox Interactive, the developed cyberpunk role-playing games will be released on June 21 for the platforms Nintendo Switch, Xbox One Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PS5.
Shadowrun Returns was released after a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2013 and is set in the Seattle Metroplex, where you have to track down a mysterious killer. In Shadowrun – Dragonfall, which was first released as a DLC, but as a standalone game in early 2014, you embark on the footsteps of a great dragon in Berlin of the future. The final point of the series Shadowrun – Hong Kong from 2015, where you face off against conspiracies, triads, gang wars and also against the police.
On the tech side, Paradox promises “remastered versions updated for a console experience, featuring upscaled graphics, improved performance, and controller-optimized gameplay.”
Each of the three turn-based RPGs is priced at 19.99 euros, regardless of the platform. As a bundle, the publisher estimates an RRP of 39.99 euros, which is reduced by 10 euros in the current pre-order phase.
