A police chief in South Jersey has been placed on administrative leave after he was charged in a domestic violence incident, according to public documents and officials. Joshua M. Moline, chief of Woodbury Heights Police Department, was charged with simple assault this week in connection with an off-duty incident that occurred March 19 in Woolwich Township in Gloucester County.
