Huirong Technology has launched the second-generation PCIe 4.0 SSD main control chip “SM2269XT”, based on advanced12nm processintegrates two ARM R8 CPU cores, four 16Gbps PCIe data stream channels, four NAND flash memory channels, each channel has a maximum rate of 1600MT/s, and supports automatic adjustment of multi-core loads.

The master usesDRMA-less cacheless architecturesupports HMB (Host Memory Cache) technology, borrows a very small capacity memory, and the sequential read and write performance can be achieved5.1GB/s, 4.7GB/sand smaller in size.

Huirong also provides a complete commercial ASIC/firmware solution for SM2269XT, supports the latest 3D TLC, QLC flash memory, and supports the unique NANDXtend ECC error correction technology, 4KB LDPC engine, programmable RAID, SRAM ECC, end-to-end data technology such as path protection.

In PS3 light sleep power state, the power consumption of SM2269XT is only 15mW, and in PS4 deep sleep it is even lower than 1.6mWfar lower than other 28nm master control solutions.
