TFI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo tweeted that Apple could launch its first smartphone with an in-screen selfie camera and Face ID scanner in 2024.
If Apple sticks to the order in naming, then the first gadgets with a completely frameless display without cutouts and notches will be the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Earlier, Kuo said that Apple is no longer considering releasing an iPhone with an under-screen Touch ID scanner. Instead, the company has focused on developing technology to place the Face ID scanner under the display.
