With “The Hand of Merlin” a new turn-based roguelite role-playing game will be released next month. A trailer introduces us to the title in more detail.
Together with the responsible development studios ROOM C Games and Croteam, Versus Evil has the turn-based roguelite role-playing game “The Hand of Merlin” for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC announced. The release is scheduled for June 14, 2022.
When mighty monsters meet Arthurian knights…
An early access version of “The Hand of Merlin” for the PC was released a year ago and has since received eight major updates, new functions and improvements to the game. Console players will benefit from all of these updates right from the start. These include meta progression, passive abilities, alternative maps, different difficulty levels and revised visual effects.
In “The Hand of Merlin” the players are offered the Arthurian legend mixed with the cosmic horror. You can recruit a party of three mortal heroes and join them on their desperate journey from Albion to Jerusalem. A medieval setting on the edge of the apocalypse awaits players as they trade vendors, level up their heroes, and find ancient relics.
One will search for the lost fragments of one’s soul. However, they are scattered throughout the multiverse, which is why you should save as many worlds as possible. Here’s also a first trailer for The Hand of Merlin:
