It’s been a while nowUbisoft promised us a 60 fps patch for Assassin’s Creed Origins. Announced last December, this update has yet to be released on next-gen consoles, but the wait seems to be coming to an end. At least if the often very reliable Twitter account is to be believed PlayStation Game Sizewho spotted this patch in the PlayStation Store folders.

Just in time before the arrival of the game in the Xbox Game Pass?

PlayStation Game Size tells us thata 1.60 patch allowing access to a better framerate on PS5 is coming for Assassin’s Creed Origins. No specific date has been revealed yet, but the account mentions a planned deployment between May 24 and May 26.

If we take the tweezers of rigor, it would be logical to see this patch finally be published, before the game arrives on the Xbox Game Store. We already know that the title must arrive on the Microsoft program, but we do not know when precisely. However, the date seems to have fallen into the “ Coming soon to Game Pass ”, which indicates that Assassin’s Creed Origins will be available in the service on June 7 next. We also learn that For Honor will be released on June 1.
