Following the launch of the first macOS 12.4 developer and public test beta two weeks ago, Apple today released the second macOS 12.4 developer beta.
macOS 12.4 beta 2 is now available via OTA to developers already enrolled in the beta, and will also be available soon on Apple’s developer website. The release ships with build number 21F5058e.
We didn’t see much new in the first macOS 12.4 beta, but Apple included a warning that the Universal Control feature will require the Mac to be in the latest beta if the iPad is running iPadOS 15.5.
Although Universal Control was first officially launched in macOS 12.3, Apple is still in “beta”. We may see further improvements to this feature in the macOS 12.4 beta along with other new changes and features.
