Apple TV+’s first UK series, the comedy series Attempts, returns with a third season on July 22, the company announced today.
“The Attempt” focuses on a couple, Nikki and Jason, who go through the process of adoption. Stars Esther Smith and Rafe Spall. The show is written and produced by Andy Walton through BBC Studios.
The third season of eight episodes will run from July 22 to September 9. The third season’s storyline follows the couple’s journey through the trials and tribulations of new parents.
Being a UK show, Trying is part of Apple’s international content as Apple TV+ goes outside the US to produce content. The Spanish-language thriller Now and Then also debuts on the service this Friday.
Next week, for five nights, another UK production is coming to Apple TV: the big-budget dinosaur documentary series Prehistoric Planet, narrated by David Attenborough.
