Samsung in the US will soon launch the “MyBespoke” service where buyers of their Bespoke refrigerator model can have refrigerator doors fitted with an optional photo motif.
If you would like to have a family photo, a photo from the holiday or any other photo on your fridge, it will cost 500 dollars extra. If you already have a Bespoke refrigerator from Samsung, you can get new doors with photo motifs for the same price.
Samsung states that it will go through the pictures that customers want on their refrigerators before the doors are fitted with them. It is said that you will not make refrigerator doors with photo motifs if the motif infringes copyright or if the image is too explicit in nature.
Whether Samsung will offer “MyBespoke” and refrigerator doors with photo motifs in other markets is not yet known.
