Skydance is partnering with Lucasfilm Games to develop a cinematic action-adventure based on the Star Wars franchise. The story will reportedly be original, with Amy Hennig in charge. There are no other details yet.
Amy Hennig is known to players primarily for the Uncharted trilogy. In the 2010s, the screenwriter moved to work at Visceral Studios, where she worked on a Star Wars game with the working title Ragtag for EA. As a result, the project was closed, and the team was disbanded.
Last fall, it became known that Skydance, along with Amy Hennig, are engaged in a plot blockbuster in the Marvel Universe.
