The next generation of witches will have to wait a little longer.
Next gen version of The Witcher 3 has been delayed so many times that we should actually call it the current gen version, but for the sake of clarity we are talking about the updated version that will be released for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
Last month we found out that CD Projekt Red has decided to take over the development, and after an evaluation of the remaining work, they decided that they would not have time to release it during the second quarter of the year, as previously promised.
Then we did not get a new release window, but via Twitter they now announce that it is the fourth quarter of the year that applies – that is, October to December. The original game actually turned seven years old a couple of days ago, and to pump you up for the new version, you can read Fredrik’s review from when it went.
