Star Wars game projects are already more numerous than ever, but Disney and Lucasfilm Games are not ready to stop. A new game has just been announced, and it will be directed by Amy Hennig.
A new narrative Star Wars game
After leaving Visceral Games and the end of her Star Wars project at the same time, Amy Hennig is back on the franchise through a collaboration between the teams of Lucasfilm Games and Skydance New Media. The one who worked for Naughty Dog for a long time on Jak and Daxter and Uncharted will therefore find herself in the management team of a Star Wars game.

I’ve often described how seeing Star Wars in 1977 rewired my 12-year-old brain, indelibly shaping my creative life and my future. I’m thrilled to be working with Lucasfilm Games again to tell interactive stories in this galaxy that I love.
The creation of this “unique Star Wars adventure” is still in its early stages and Douglas Reilly, vice president of Lucasfilm Games, has promised to share more information with Star Wars fans when the time is right. .
This new Star Wars game is the second project announced by Amy Hennig’s studio, the first being a Marvel game announced late last year. With the one announced today, Disney already has 7 big Star Wars games in the works:
